Deep within the earth is a gem known as amethyst. The collection highlights this stunning February birthstone. Amethyst is a variety of quartz found mainly in Brazil and Uruguay. The purple color is formed when trace amounts of iron seep into the growing quartz crystal.
Sterling silver is fused with fine and sterling components to create this ring shank. Dare to Dream collection is all about taking the leap in life... taking risks to enhance our soul. Just as these leaps seem to take their own path, so does this ring. I start out with the components I desire, but in the heating process, the design takes is own shape.. often better than I could have imagined!
A vibrant purple 8MM amethyst gem sits atop the shank. 5/8" high shank. Ring is designed to adjust to finger sizes 8 1/2 to 9 1/2
