When will I receive my online jewelry order?

Your order will ship within 3 days. You will be notified of the status when it ships and when it is expected to arrive.

How are the designs shipped?

For the USA all orders ship via USPS Ground advantage. If your order is over $100 the shipping is FREE. 

Other shipping options are available at checkout.

For Canada all orders ship via USPS.

What about sales tax on your jewelry order?

We charge sales tax in Arizona. No tax is charged for orders shipping to other states. This may change at any time and we will keep the site updated.

How will my jewelry order come packaged?

All Rings and Cuff bracelets come packaged in a deluxe box. Pendants are packaged in either a box or deluxe pouch. 

Earrings are packaged in a deluxe pouch.

What about jewelry returns?

You can return your order within 30 days. If your design arrives damaged, we will repair or replace it for you. Contact alene@alenesadornments.com

What are your forms of payment?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American express and Discover using Shopify payments by Stripe. We accept PayPal and Amazon Pay.

Cleaning tips:

• all copper and copper/silver designs are treated to prevent oxidation. You can use a soft cleaning cloth to polish if desired.
• All sterling and fine silver designs can be cleaned with a cleaning cloth especially designed to remove oxidation.
• Gold and steel jewelry designs are treated to maintain the finish. Use a soft cloth only to clean and polish.
